What is face yoga?

Face yoga is a natural way of looking after the face and neck through a combination of exercises, massages, acupressure and relaxation. The face yoga methods use the most effective traditional techniques and the latest research to give safe, natural anti-ageing results.

Likewise as your body needs exercise to stay toned and firm, the 57 muscles in the face and neck also need to be exercised to stay lifted and firm.

By learning techniques to work out the lower and upper part of your voice, as well as face related exercises, it will help prevent or delay deep-set lines and wrinkles.

Anyone can do face yoga. When practised 6 days a week you will start to see visible improvements within 2-4 weeks. After 2-4 months you will notice you have less fine lines. Within in 6-9 months people have said they look and feel younger and their skin looks more energised.

Face yoga can be done sitting in a comfortable position or even standing in front of a mirror.
